A leading fashion retail organisation in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Business Partner to join their supportive HR team. his role offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact on both employee experience and business outcomes, working closely with various business units to deliver expert guidance across compensation, benefits, and HR strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters including salary benchmarking, incentive calculations, budgeting processes, and policy development to ensure competitive offerings for all employees.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience at every stage.
  • Support multiple business units as a trusted HR Business Partner by offering guidance on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organisational development.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their needs and deliver tailored HR solutions that align with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to keep compensation structures up-to-date with industry standards while maintaining fairness and transparency.
  • Develop comprehensive reports using strong data skills to inform decision-making around compensation trends, headcount planning, and incentive schemes.
  • Initiate new projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention strategies, and overall workplace satisfaction.
  • Facilitate open communication between employees and management to address concerns sensitively and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies throughout all HR processes.
  • Contribute actively to team meetings by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting the collective success of the HR function.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in both Compensation & Benefits (C&B) management as well as Human Resources Business Partnering (HRBP), ideally within retail or FMCG sectors or other dynamic environments where adaptability is key.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within teams to achieve shared goals while maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Advanced data analysis skills enabling you to generate insightful reports that drive informed decisions around compensation structures and incentives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach towards resolving employee queries or concerns in a considerate manner.
  • Excellent organisational abilities allowing you to manage multiple priorities across different business units without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Sound understanding of local labour regulations relevant to compensation practices within Thailand’s retail landscape.
  • Experience supporting business units as an HRBP by providing guidance on workforce planning, performance management, or organisational change initiatives.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in training programmes or knowledge-sharing sessions within the HR community.
