C&B Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join a leading organisation in Bangkok. . The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in standardising Total Rewards processes across Asia BU, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibility :
- Collaborate with HR teams across Asia BU to standardise Total Rewards processes, tools, and methods of cooperation for improved efficiency.
- Ensure smooth operations for benefits administration including lifestyle allowances, annual health check-ups, medical support, payroll processing, and issue resolution.
- Complete all administrative tasks related to employee benefits and allowances with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor salaries and benefits to ensure full compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support salary planning activities as well as annual bonus cycles by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage work permits for foreign employees in Thailand covering Asia BU, APAC, and Corporate functions.
- Facilitate employee relocation processes by providing guidance and support throughout transitions.
- Lead wellness programmes and Healthy Livings activities at both local and global levels to promote employee wellbeing.
- Implement new HR services based on Thailand’s transition plans while meeting service level targets set by the organisation.
- Drive improvements in Total Rewards processes to enhance productivity across multiple countries within Asia BU
Key Requirement :
- Hands-on experience in managing compensation, benefits, and payroll across multiple countries, especially in FMCG or similar industries.
- Strong skills in data analysis and cost management (ERC), with a good understanding of Thai labour laws and salary structures.
- Able to handle sensitive salary and benefits information with maturity and accuracy.
- Fluent in English for regional communication; Thai nationality required due to legal regulations.
- Proven ability to lead wellness programs, support salary and bonus planning, and implement new HR services effectively.
