Regional C&B Manager
Our client, a global leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced Regional Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager to join their newly established regional office in Pathumthani. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your strong C&B skills within a multinational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for benchmarking, conducting salary surveys, and cascading information to local HR teams.
What you'll do:
As a Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's HR strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting benchmarking and salary surveys, disseminating crucial budget and merit-related information to local HR teams, and addressing any counteractions from local C&B teams post-implementation. Your strong C&B skills will be instrumental in driving effective strategies that align with the company's objectives. Given the multinational nature of this role, proficient English communication skills are vital.
- Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys in collaboration with Mercer
- Cascade relevant information about budget and merit to local HR teams
- Address potential challenges from local C&B teams after implementation
- Utilise strong C&B skillsets to drive effective strategies
- Communicate effectively in English due to the international nature of the role
