What you'll do:
As a Total Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's rewards strategy across South East Asia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with business goals, conducting market research, collaborating with HR partners, managing communication strategies for reward programs, ensuring compliance with local laws, and monitoring the effectiveness of existing policies. - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive total rewards strategies that are industry competitive and align with business goals
- Conduct market research to understand current trends in compensation and benefits
