Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is seeking a Payroll Specialist / HR Executive to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage 70% C&B operations, including preparing PMS and outsourcing, 20% L&D training needs survey with line managers, and 10% visitors management. The successful candidate will be proficient in using Excel and SAP for payroll costing and have excellent communication skills.

What you'll do:

As a Payroll Specialist / HR Executive, your primary responsibility will be managing C&B operations which includes preparing PMS and outsourcing. You will also conduct L&D training needs surveys with line managers and handle visitors management tasks such as hotel booking. Your role will involve using an external payroll service provider for payroll processing. You will prepare payroll costing reports for the Accounting team and manage GL including bonus, salary, transportation, payroll costing report, cost center of HR department. You will also explain reasons for any increase or decrease in C&B merit.

  • Manage 70% C&B operations including preparing PMS and outsourcing
  • Conduct 20% L&D training needs survey with line managers

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Payroll Specialist / HR Executive role brings proven experience in managing C&B operations. You are proficient in using Excel and SAP for payroll costing. You have experience in conducting L&D training needs surveys with line managers and handling visitors management tasks such as hotel booking. You are comfortable using an external payroll service provider for payroll processing. You have prepared payroll costing reports for Accounting teams before and have knowledge of GL including bonus, salary, transportation, payroll costing report, cost center of HR department.
