What you'll do:

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing competitive compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain employees. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular market research to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive, managing relationships with external benefits providers, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, providing expert advice to management on all aspects of compensation and benefits, and analysing the effectiveness of existing benefit plans.

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies
  • Conduct regular market research to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages
  • Manage relationships with external benefits providers
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding compensation and benefits
  • Provide expert advice to management on all aspects of compensation and benefits
  • Analyse the effectiveness of existing benefit plans and propose improvements

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Compensation and Benefits Specialist role will bring proven experience from a similar role within Human Resources. You will have strong knowledge of compensation strategies and benefits administration, excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, knowledge of local and international regulations regarding compensation and benefits, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of compensation strategies and benefits administration
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations regarding compensation and benefits
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
