What you'll do:

As a Total Reward Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the reward framework within the organisation. You will be responsible for conducting job evaluations, implementing strategic compensation & benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders will enable you to communicate company principles effectively. Staying abreast of market trends through active participation in local networks will be key to your success. Additionally, your contributions towards improving HR information systems will play a crucial role in optimising processes.

  • Conduct job evaluations for existing and new positions aligning with the global grading system.
  • Implement the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) improvement plan as part of the strategic plan.
  • Analyze and review existing C&B plans to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, line managers, and employees to communicate company C&B principles.
  • Participate in local C&B networks to stay informed about market trends.
  • Monitor local regulatory changes affecting C&B and ensure plans remain compliant.
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of HR information systems.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Total Reward Manager position brings a wealth of experience in compensation & benefits management. With at least 5 years of direct experience in this field, you have developed a strong understanding of reward framework management and policy implementation. Your educational background in Business Administration has equipped you with robust financial management skills. Having worked in a multicultural environment within a global company, you are adept at navigating diverse cultural contexts. Your familiarity with job grading methods from renowned HR consulting firms further enhances your profile.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (master’s degree preferred) with strong financial management skills.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience in compensation & benefits, especially in reward framework management and development.
  • Strong background in the implementation of compensation policies.
  • Evidence of multi-cultural immersion, with experience working in a global company environment.
  • Experience with job grading methods from well-known HR consulting firms (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson).
