What you'll do:

As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, conducting benchmarking analyses, and leading communication efforts related to our policies. Your expertise in this field will be instrumental in aligning our strategies with our business objectives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Compensation and Benefits Manager position is someone who brings proven experience in a similar role. You should have strong knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems, excellent analytical skills, understanding of HR practices and labour legislation. Your outstanding communication skills will enable you to manage sensitive matters effectively. A degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is required.
