Our client, a leading player in the Thai Agriculture food manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Assistant Manager with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and HR Information Systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in optimising the administrative side of the organisation and leading digital HR projects.

What you'll do:

As an HR Assistant Manager focusing on Compensation & Benefits and HR Information Systems, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's HR department. You will be responsible for managing the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems, and producing reliable reports within set deadlines. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you respond to various HR queries from employees, providing them with guidance on systems and processes. Furthermore, your expertise in data analysis will be invaluable as you collect, analyse, and present HR data from various sources. Your role will also involve conducting statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support HR initiatives.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee’s self-service queries
  • Respond to HR queries from employees and provide guidance on systems and process
  • Ensure all employees receive proper guidance on how to follow official processes
  • Produce accurate, reliable and timely reports within deadlines
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS database and related systems
  • Preserve data accuracy while reporting on data from multiple disparate systems
  • Maintain data privacy and security policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support HR initiatives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who brings a wealth of experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role. Your in-depth knowledge of HR processes and digital skills, particularly with Office 365, will be crucial to your success in this role. You will have proven experience with data analysis tools and data visualization tools such as Power BI. Your familiarity with HRIS systems and statistical analysis techniques will be highly valued. Additionally, your excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and strong project management skills will set you apart. Experience in leading digital projects and a solid understanding of data privacy and security regulations are also essential.

  • Experiences in Manufacturing at least 1,000 ppl.++
  • Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role with expertise in HR data analysis with in-depth knowledge of HR processes & Digital Skill (Office 365)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and statistical analysis techniques
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Thai Nationality due to local based in Thailand
