C&B Analyst

A position of Regional C&B Analyst (x1 vacancy) has just become available in the market where the candidate has the opportunity to oversee countries in APAC.

What you'll do:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for analysing data and present the key points for improving compensating & benefits strategy. This full-time position offers group insurance, medical benefits, provident fund, and annual leave.

• Engages with the country HRBP to gain insights into reward trends and their implications on the dynamics of the talent markets across the country/cluster
• Engages with leaders of businesses, categories and functions in the country as well as their HR BP to align their expectations to the global approach on reward
• Manages the reward benchmarking process in relation to defining requirements for annual/periodic analyses of competitor market pay, developing specialised surveys for particular job positions, participating in third party competitive surveys, conducting trend analysis and best practise research
• Recommends to the reward Director budgetary parameters of allowable salary increases and line manager guidelines for merit and general increases
• Data crunching and data analysis to find the key improvement areas
• Involve in job evaluation, salary structure, market benchmarking and present to senior stakeholders

What you bring:

To succeed in the Regional C&B Analyst role, you will need to have good analytical skill and data management and ability to work well in people from diverse culture

• Minimum of five to eight years’ direct experience in compensation & benefits area is required, preferably within a modern pro-active organisation
• Strong analytical skill
• C&B Consulting background is highly preferred
• Good communication skill
• Strong command of English
• Thai Nationality
