What you'll do:

As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, your primary role will be to manage payroll across the organisation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, personal information, and changes in employment status. Your role will involve managing competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with company objectives and industry trends. Additionally, you will oversee the performance appraisal system, generate necessary payroll and HR reports, support budget preparation, update HRM policies regularly, communicate work regulations to employees effectively, supervise HR administrative tasks, and lead key HRM projects.

  • Manage payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee records and database
  • Manage competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Generate payroll and HR reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support in the preparation of budgets and monthly forecasts

The ideal candidate for the Senior Human Resources Specialist role brings proven experience in managing payroll across an organisation. You have strong knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, along with experience in maintaining accurate employee records. Your ability to manage a performance appraisal system effectively sets you apart. You are experienced in generating payroll and HR reports while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your understanding of budget preparation processes is commendable. You are knowledgeable about updating HRM policies regularly and have excellent communication skills to convey work regulations effectively to employees.
