Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Total Reward Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing reward activities that support the company's core purpose across Thailand and Malaysia. The successful candidate will take full ownership of delivering end-to-end incentives and short-term bonuses, ensuring competitive pay and benefits for all staff members.
What you'll do:
As a Regional Total Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's rewards strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive reward roadmap, executing reward activities, ensuring competitive pay and benefits across all departments, and taking full ownership of incentive schemes. You will also collaborate closely with Finance and Accounting teams to forecast and budget for new initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in providing consultation to People Managers on the Rewards agenda.
- Assist in developing a reward roadmap that supports the company's core purpose for both Thailand and Malaysia
- Execute reward activities in line with the approved reward roadmap within agreed timelines
- Ensure competitive pay and benefits for Head Office, Store, and Distribution Centre staff
- Take full ownership in delivering end-to-end incentive/short-term bonus schemes
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting for new reward initiatives
- Provide consultation to People Managers on Rewards (Benefits) agenda
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Regional Total Reward Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Reward Management. With 6-8 years of experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in data analysis, logical thinking, and proficiency in MS Excel. - Master’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferable
- 6 – 8 years working experience in Reward Management
- Proficiency in Ms Excel is absolutely essential
- Good command of English both written and spoken is required
- Strong data analytical skills are necessary
- Ability to work under pressure with high expectations
- Thai Nationality due to local based
