This role is integral to the company's success, as you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits policies. You will also provide internal stakeholders with the necessary methods and tools for policy implementation, ensuring their correct application.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's compensation and benefits strategy. Your responsibilities will span across various areas including personnel cost budgeting, remuneration data reconciliation, compensation management, benefits development, rewards and recognition implementation, communication improvement, reporting, and acquisition integration. Your expertise will ensure that our client's compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, relevant for team members, support the company’s DEI vision, and attract top talent.

  • Lead the Annual Personnel Cost Budgeting process for the region.
  • Conduct periodic remuneration data reconciliation with prior commitments submitted to regional Finance.
  • Manage the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the organisation’s compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead the development of universal benefits such as guaranteeing the Living Wage and Michelin One Care Program (MOCP) deployment across the E2A region.
  • Implement and localise the Rewards and Recognition (R&R) pillar which is part of the People In Motion (PIM) program.
  • Improve employee understanding of Compensation & Benefits through effective communication strategies.
  • Ensure timely reporting of monthly average costs, various budgets such as performance award, tracking of sales force bonus and ad-hoc requirements.
  • Engage with acquired companies to check on progress of integration and track the roadmap of integration.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager role brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Compensation & Benefits topics. You have a proven track record of dealing with high-level stakeholders and possess strong influencing and convincing skills. Your ability to work effectively within a team, manage complex projects independently, and your strong analytical capabilities set you apart. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is essential, and familiarity with Workday HRIS system would be advantageous. A high learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and fluency in English are also key to success in this role.

  • Strong knowledge about Compensation & Benefits topics.
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders such as Executive Directors, Country Managers, HR Business Partners.
  • Strong influencing and convincing skills coupled with a passion for working with people.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects & stakeholders independently.
  • Strong analytical mindset and capabilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically in PowerPoint and highly advanced level in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, macros).
  • Experience with Workday HRIS system is an advantage.
  • High learning agility with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
