Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager to oversee C&B operations and strategies within the manufacturing sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with Unions, fostering a cooperative environment to achieve mutual agreements.

What you'll do:

As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's C&B strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the overall compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals. You will work closely with Unions, demonstrating your interpersonal skills as you negotiate agreements that benefit both parties. Your commitment to creating a supportive work environment will shine through as you develop and implement effective C&B policies that attract, motivate, and retain employees.

  • Manage the overall compensation and benefits strategy for the organisation
  • Collaborate effectively with Unions to negotiate agreements
