About the Head of C&B Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the entire reward strategy, delivering the highest quality service and work closely with HR Business Partner Head. You will also take the lead providing direction to all reward activities. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.
Engages with the senior management to gain insights into reward trends and their implications on the dynamics of the talent markets across the country/cluster
Engages with leaders of businesses, categories and functions in the country as well as their HRBP to align their expectations to the global approach on reward
Is responsible for developing reward strategies, policies, tolls and communications by aligning, to the business, the global reward solution in areas such as base pay, variable pay, benefits, salary structures, reward package and benchmarking, job evaluations and work levels, equity schemes
Manages the reward benchmarking process in relation to defining requirements for annual/periodic analyses of competitor market pay, developing specialized surveys for particular job positions, participating in third party competitive surveys, conducting trend analysis and best practise research
Recommends to the stakeholders, board of director for budgetary parameters of allowable salary increases and line manager guidelines for merit and general increases
Provide advise and present to senior stakeholders for exceptional cases
Ensure team's operation is smooth, accurate with process improvement suggestion
To succeed in the Head of Compensation & Benefits role, you will need to have the ability to have strategic view and business acumen to align both sides to set competitive C&B Strategies.
Minimum of 20 years’ direct experience in compensation & benefits area is required, preferably within a modern pro-active or large scale organisation
Strategic thinking and good communication and presentation
Result driven and down to earth attitude
Strong HR professional skill set
Can work in a dynamic environment under pressure
Mature leadership and capable to deal with complex topics
