An exciting Assistant Compensation & Benefits Manager (x1 vacancy) job has arisen in a leading manufacturing group in Bangkok.
About the Assistant Compensation & Benefits Manager Role:
The is Assistant Compensation & Benefits Manager responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Manage all compensation, benefits, and HRIS activities by coordinating with line managers to ensure all compensation and benefits payment, including payroll. The salary range for this role is THB 75K to 85K per month + provident fund + fixed/variable bonus + 5 WD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support annual compensation and benefits surveys
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Prepare and manage data for payroll processing
- Prepare annual salary increment proposal and database by closely work with direct superior and Regional HR.
- Review compensation and benefits scheme by benchmarking with the market
- Manage all employees’ database in HRIS
- Review and implement company’s policies
- Prepare management reports and analysis data
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and people skills.
Key Requirements:
- Seven years’ experience in compensation & benefits, payroll operations and HRIS
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced Level), 365 office
- Good command in English (both Writing & Speaking)
- Problem solving skill
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Have experience in working with a global and multi-national company
