C&B Manager

An exciting C&B Manager (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available in a leading group company in Bangkok.

About the HRM Manager Role:

Due to company transform to drive business to be better than before, the C&B Manager will play a key role of compensation & benefit by benchmark with market to calculate competitive package for all group companies. You will enjoy an attractive base salary with bonus and provident fund for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in salary survey, prepare salary structure and analyse compensation data
• Survey and revisit and compensation, benefits, welfare regulations/scheme
• Support talent acquisition by reviewing the offering compensation package to be reasonable fair & competitive
• Develop and manage the job evaluation systems and structure- manage the pay-mix and remuneration structure
• Manage the salary increase methodology (merit increase, promotion increase, competitive adjustment)from base or mid-point
• Other task base on assignment

To be succeed in this role, data analysing and C&B skill in variety industry is very important to calculate KPI & performance management

Key Requirements:

• At least eight years of experiences in HRM, strong in compensation & benefit management with at least three years in supervisory level
• Experience in salary structure, salary survey with Mercer or HAY, or any
• Experience in job mapping process , knowledge about job evaluation , salary increase (merit, promotion, others)
• Hands on, be able to lead the across function team
• Good presentation skills, computer literate
