What you'll do:
As an Organisational Development Manager, your primary focus will be on designing and implementing Talent Development programs that drive organisational growth. You will manage a team of four, providing them with guidance and support as they contribute to these initiatives. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will have the opportunity to influence high-level strategies and collaborate with various stakeholders across the business. Your work will be instrumental in supporting the COE Office and driving organisational development strategies.
