An exciting HR Business Partner (x1 vacancy) job has arisen in a leading manufacturing firm in Bangkok.

What you'll do:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the entire HR strategy, delivering the highest quality service and work closely with HR Director. You will also take the lead providing direction to all HR activities. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, talent development, and succession planning
  • Drive organisational change initiatives and lead transformation efforts
  • Partner with leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop change management plans
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to support the adoption of new processes and behaviours
  • Assess the impact of organisational changes and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
  • Design and implement organisation development interventions to enhance team effectiveness, leadership development, and overall organisational performance
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract, select, and onboard top talent
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Support the development of competency frameworks, career pathways, and talent development programs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations
  • Utilise HR analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, highlighting HR metrics and key findings
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing HR programs and processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities

What you bring:

To succeed in the HR Business Partner role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with HR Director and business head teams, across borders and internal matrix.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in driving organisational transformation and change management initiatives
  • Experience in designing and implementing organisation development interventions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Excellence command of English
  • Good knowledge in compensation, people development concept
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR tools
  • Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) are a plus
