Limited talent pool set to boost demand for HR experts

Hiring activity for local HR professionals is set to increase in 2017, as companies recognise the importance of having a strong HR function.

As a result, HR business partners with good interpersonal skills and the ability to coach line managers will be highly sought after.

This was among the key findings of our latest Salary Survey 2017

The report added that compensation and benefits professionals with good analytical skills, strategic thinking capability, and business acumen will also be in high demand.

In addition, there will be more career opportunities for candidates with experience in organisation development; especially for those with solid problem solving skills and team management expertise.
