- Manage profit and loss responsibilities by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and implementing effective cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and consistently exceeding expectations for customer satisfaction.
- Lead manpower planning activities including recruitment, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and ongoing support to build a dependable and motivated team.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate resources efficiently and maintain smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites or locations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that promote safety, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
