What you'll do:
As President of Juristic Committee – Condominium, your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around providing steady guidance during board meetings, ensuring that every session runs efficiently while maintaining proper decorum. You will oversee all aspects of condominium management by monitoring maintenance schedules, safety measures, and operational standards so that residents enjoy peace of mind in their homes. Your role as primary spokesperson means you will represent the committee’s interests with clarity and empathy—whether signing important documents or communicating decisions. In situations where there is no appointed manager or if they are temporarily unavailable, you will step in to ensure continuity of service. By nurturing open communication channels among all stakeholders and supporting ongoing training initiatives for committee members, you will help foster an environment built on trust, inclusivity, and shared responsibility. Your commitment to upholding communal values will be essential in ensuring that every action taken aligns with both legal requirements and resident expectations.
- Preside over board meetings with warmth and professionalism, ensuring efficient operation, proper decorum, and full compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
- Monitor the management of the juristic person (such as the condominium), overseeing maintenance activities, safety protocols, and operational standards to guarantee a secure and pleasant living environment for all residents.
- Hold the deciding vote in cases where committee meetings result in a tie, demonstrating fairness and sensitivity when resolving complex issues.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the committee, representing its interests with honesty and integrity both internally among residents and externally with partners or authorities.
- Sign documents, contracts, or agreements on behalf of the committee with careful attention to detail and adherence to legal requirements.
- Take interim action by appointing duties or stepping into managerial responsibilities when no manager is appointed or when the manager is unable to perform their duties for more than seven days.
- Foster open communication channels among committee members, management staff, and residents to ensure transparency and trust throughout all decision-making processes.
- Support ongoing training opportunities for committee members to enhance knowledge sharing and communal growth within the organisation.
- Promote an inclusive atmosphere where every voice is heard and respected during meetings or consultations.
- Ensure that all actions taken by the committee align with communal values, legal obligations, and best practices for condominium management.
What you bring:
To excel as President of Juristic Committee – Condominium, your background should include significant experience chairing meetings or leading committees within residential property management settings. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to connect meaningfully with everyone from fellow committee members to residents seeking reassurance about daily operations. Dependability is crucial; your colleagues must feel confident entrusting you with sensitive matters requiring discretion. As an articulate communicator—both verbally and in writing—you’ll serve as an effective representative for the committee’s interests. Familiarity with Thai condominium law is advantageous but not essential if you demonstrate eagerness to learn quickly. Experience handling contracts or official documentation will further strengthen your candidacy. Calmness under pressure ensures fair outcomes during disputes while your commitment to inclusivity guarantees every voice is valued during deliberations. Supporting ongoing professional development through training initiatives reflects your dedication not only to personal growth but also communal advancement. Above all else, your ability to foster open dialogue will help create an atmosphere built on mutual respect.
- Demonstrated experience presiding over meetings or leading committees within residential property management or similar environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with diverse groups including residents, staff members, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
- A deep sense of responsibility combined with proven dependability when entrusted with sensitive information or critical decision-making tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities that allow you to act as an effective spokesperson for the committee at all times.
- A thorough understanding of condominium laws, regulations governing juristic persons in Thailand (or willingness to learn), as well as best practices for property management.
- Experience managing contracts or authorising official documents on behalf of organisations or committees.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure—especially when casting deciding votes or resolving disputes—and always acting with fairness and empathy.
- Commitment to promoting inclusivity within teams by encouraging participation from all members regardless of background or perspective.
- Willingness to support ongoing training opportunities for yourself and others so that knowledge sharing becomes part of everyday practice.
- A track record of fostering transparent communication channels that build trust across multiple stakeholder groups.
