With a competitive salary range of 150,000–200,000 THB per month, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences. You will be empowered to implement best practices, foster a supportive team culture, and ensure every guest leaves feeling impressed and rejuvenated. If you are looking for a role where your leadership can make a tangible impact on both business performance and customer satisfaction, this is the perfect next step in your career.

  • Competitive salary package ranging from 150,000–200,000 THB per month reflects the importance of this executive role within the organisation.
  • You will have direct influence over five thriving onsen and spa branches in Bangkok, ensuring consistent quality and outstanding guest experiences.
  • The company values flexibility, teamwork, and ongoing professional development, providing an environment where your skills and ideas are truly appreciated.

What you'll do:

As Chief Operation Officer – Wellness, you will play a central role in shaping the day-to-day operations of five vibrant onsen and spa branches located throughout Bangkok. Your focus will be on creating an environment where every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive until their departure. By working closely with branch managers and frontline staff, you will ensure that service standards remain consistently high while driving revenue growth through effective operational strategies. Success in this role means not only meeting KPIs such as walk-in revenue and positive guest reviews but also nurturing a culture of collaboration where everyone feels supported in delivering their best work. You will have the autonomy to introduce new ideas for process improvement while maintaining rigorous attention to detail regarding compliance and safety. Your ability to connect with people—both customers and colleagues—will be key to building lasting relationships that underpin the organisation’s reputation for excellence.

  • Oversee daily operations across five onsen and spa branches, ensuring that each location delivers consistently high-quality service to all guests.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding revenue targets set by walk-in traffic and other key performance indicators.
  • Monitor service standards through regular guest feedback, online reviews, and internal assessments to maintain an excellent reputation for each branch.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to identify areas for improvement in processes, staff training, and resource allocation to optimise efficiency and guest experience.
  • Lead initiatives to improve staff engagement and motivation by fostering a supportive team culture focused on shared goals and continuous learning.
  • Analyse financial reports and operational data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas requiring attention or adjustment.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support promotional activities that drive walk-in traffic and increase brand visibility within the wellness sector.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all branches to protect both guests and employees.
  • Establish clear communication channels between branches to share best practices, address challenges promptly, and celebrate successes collectively.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events or meetings as required, promoting its commitment to excellence in wellness services.

What you bring:

To excel as Chief Operation Officer – Wellness, you will bring a wealth of experience managing complex operations within either the wellness or hospitality sectors. Your background should demonstrate your ability to lead teams across multiple sites while maintaining unwavering commitment to service excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical abilities that inform strategic decision-making alongside outstanding organisational skills that keep daily activities running smoothly. Your interpersonal strengths allow you to nurture positive relationships among staff members—creating an atmosphere where everyone feels motivated by shared goals—and your communication style ensures clarity whether addressing internal teams or external stakeholders. Familiarity with health regulations is essential for safeguarding both guests’ wellbeing and employee safety. Above all else, your genuine enthusiasm for wellness services drives you toward continuous improvement so that each branch remains at the forefront of industry standards.

  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations within the wellness or hospitality sector is highly desirable for success in this executive position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills enable you to build trust with staff members at all levels while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse operational data and financial reports allows you to make informed decisions that drive business performance.
  • Strong organisational skills help you juggle multiple priorities across different locations without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
  • Experience implementing customer service initiatives ensures that every guest receives an outstanding experience during their visit.
