Executive Chef – Wellness Restaurant

What you'll do

As Executive Chef – Wellness Restaurant in Phuket, you will lead the culinary direction of an exciting new wellness concept. You will oversee all kitchen operations, develop seasonal, wellness-focused menus using locally sourced ingredients, and build a collaborative, high-performing team. Working closely with management and front-of-house teams, you will ensure seamless service, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to sustainability, food safety, and guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all kitchen operations with exceptional standards of quality and hygiene

• Developing seasonal, plant-forward wellness menus aligned with holistic nutrition

• Recruiting, training, and mentoring kitchen teams in an inclusive environment

• Managing suppliers, inventory, and sustainable sourcing practices

• Collaborating with front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences

What you bring

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in upscale restaurants or hotels

• Strong knowledge of wellness cuisine, holistic nutrition, and dietary-focused menus

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing kitchen teams

• Solid operational expertise, including food safety, cost control, and supplier management

• A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with a passion for sustainability and inclusivity
