A luxury clinic is opening in Phuket, Thailand, and is searching for a Medical Director to oversee the operations of this first-of-its-kind women’s wellness and natural birth centre. This is more than a clinic – it’s a mission-driven space dedicated to providing holistic care, sexual wellness, and natural birthing options for women, especially those with limited access to quality care. The founder, a globally experienced doctor, is creating a supportive, service-oriented environment focused on empowering women with evidence-based, gentle care.

What you'll do:
As Medical Director, you will be the first clinical leader of this unique startup clinic – shaping its culture, care model, and future expansion. You’ll work closely with the founder to build a foundation of trust, quality, and innovation while offering compassionate, woman-centered care.

• Oversee daily medical operations at the Phuket-based gynecology clinic
• Provide a range of care: gynecology, sexual wellness, hormone therapy, and natural birth services
• Ensure clinical compliance for licensing and regulatory standards in Thailand
• Collaborate on strategic planning for future branch expansions across Thailand and APAC

What you bring:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking OBGYN-trained physician who is passionate about women’s health, holistic practices, and making an impact. You thrive in startup environments, understand international patients, and want to help create a new standard of care in Southeast Asia.

• Licensed OB-GYN with clinical training and practice experience
• Comfortable working side-by-side with a 20+ years experienced Natural Birth Doctor in a new clinic and building operations from scratch
• Aligned with values of natural birthing, alternative therapies, and patient-centered care
• Fluent in English; international experience highly desirable
