What you'll do:

As the Head of Operation and Facility Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational landscape of our client's international school. Your leadership skills will be crucial in developing and implementing strategic plans for operations and facilities management. You will manage all aspects of facility maintenance, safety, compliance, while also collaborating with other department heads to ensure smooth operation across the school. Budgeting for operations and facilities management will fall under your purview as well as implementing policies that promote efficiency and safety at work. Furthermore, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of operations staff.
