About the General Manager (Chain Restaurant) Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurants and for managing the restaurant staff. You will enjoy competitive base salary with variable bonus for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and validate essential restaurant operations systems, including controlling the flow and distribution of materials
• Recruit, train and supervise the staff
• Manage the restaurant budgets
• Market and promote the business
• Assess and improve profitability
• Manage stock level and order supplies
• Develop overall operations of the restaurants

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in restaurant operations and in managing a team.

Key Requirements:

• Five years of experience in food and beverage managerial position
• Preferably degree in hospitality management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Good command of English
