Robert Walters Thailand is looking for recruitment consultants across multiples disciplines to join our expanding team, in Bangkok & Chonburi.

Recruitment Consultants - Multiple Discipline (Bangkok & Chonburi):

This is an exciting sales-driven role, combining with an understanding of in-field technical knowledge. Working in a team environment, the financial rewards are highly promising; made up of a strong base and quarterly bonuses. You will also work with some of the world’s leading global organisations. Bangkok based: Open for Sales & Marketing - FMCG, Retail, Digital & e-Commerce, Healthcare, B2B

Chonburi based: Open for Supply Chain & Engineering, HR and Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as by keeping abreast of industry developments
• Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs
• Manage client roles, including by writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots and head hunting
• Source, select and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients
• Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
• Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you should be fluent in English and have a minimum of three years of experience in your preferred functions from any industry.
