What You Will Do

• Shape and execute the company's long-term vision, growth strategy, and investment direction in partnership with the Board.
• Drive business growth through new opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Lead the overall performance of the business, ensuring strong financial results, operational excellence, and sustainable shareholder value.
• Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, investors, regulators, and key stakeholders to enhance the company's market position and reputation.
• Champion strong corporate governance, risk management, and compliance practices across the organization.
• Serve as the key representative of the company with the Board, shareholders, government authorities, and industry partners.

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience within property, asset management, financial services, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or related sectors.
• Proven success leading a business, profit center, investment portfolio, or asset management operation.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic execution.
• Solid understanding of financial management, corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working within a listed company environment is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High integrity, strong governance mindset, and eligibility to serve as a director under SEC and SET regulations.
