What you'll do:
As a Premium Manager – Entertainment based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way corporate clients experience live events. - Sell VIP suite packages by presenting compelling hospitality solutions that meet client expectations for luxury, comfort, and seamless service.
- Coordinate all aspects of premium hospitality services including food & beverage arrangements, merchandise offerings, and personalised guest amenities to ensure every event runs smoothly.
- Manage the commercialisation of VIP suites and premium products by identifying new business opportunities and maximising revenue streams through thoughtful collaboration.
- Work closely with internal teams such as event operations, sales, marketing, and customer service to guarantee consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences.
- Oversee the execution of contracts and agreements related to VIP suite bookings, ensuring all terms are met with honesty and dependability.
- Monitor guest feedback during events to continuously improve service standards and address any concerns with empathy and responsiveness.
- Develop strategies for merchandise or retail programmes associated with premium hospitality offerings to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client engagement, and event outcomes for senior management review.

- 5–8 years of proven experience in hospitality sales, premium experiences management, sponsorship coordination or corporate relationship development within the entertainment or events sector.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills demonstrated by your ability to connect with clients on an interpersonal level and nurture long-term partnerships built on trust.
- Fluent in Thai and English in writting, speaking and listening skill
- Strong commercial acumen enabling you to identify new business opportunities within VIP suite management while maintaining sensitivity towards client needs.
- Experience developing or managing merchandise or retail programmes is highly advantageous as it adds value to premium hospitality offerings.
- Outstanding organisational abilities allowing you to coordinate multiple aspects of event delivery without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—ensuring all interactions are polite, clear, and responsive whether dealing with clients or internal teams.
