What you'll do:

- At least 5 years spent in senior management roles where you have demonstrated responsibility for strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships with tenants, colleagues, vendors, and external partners alike.
- A track record of nurturing teams through coaching, mentoring, knowledge-sharing sessions, and creating inclusive environments where everyone can contribute their best work.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial management principles including budgeting processes, cost control measures, revenue optimisation strategies, and reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with relevant local regulations governing property management activities as well as health & safety standards applicable to public spaces.
- Experience collaborating across functions such as leasing or marketing to deliver holistic solutions that benefit both tenants and asset owners.
- Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—that allow you to convey complex information clearly while listening empathetically to others’ perspectives.
