Role Overview :

The General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the food retail business across Thailand and selected international markets. This role is accountable for overall performance, commercial growth, operational excellence, and the development of a strong leadership pipeline, while upholding the highest standards of quality, governance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the overall business strategy to drive sustainable growth and profitability

• Lead and oversee multi-site food retail operations, ensuring consistent standards and performance

• Provide executive leadership to senior management teams and build long-term organisational capability

• Own P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance at a strategic level

• Strengthen governance, compliance, and food safety standards aligned with local and international requirements

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders

Executive Profile / Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in food retail, hospitality, or healthcare, with exposure to complex operations

• Proven track record in P&L ownership, business transformation, or regional expansion

• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance vision and execution

• Highly credible leader with strong board-level communication and stakeholder management skills

• Commercially astute, data-driven, and results-oriented

• Fluent in Thai and English
