An established hospitality group is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee end-to-end hotel operations on Samui island, with reporting lines to Bangkok. This role suits a hands-on leader with strong operational, people, and service management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction

• Lead, train, and manage on-site teams across all departments

• Manage budgeting, cost control, and operational performance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements

• Coordinate closely with head office and external partners

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel management or senior hospitality operations

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Fluent in Thai and English

• Solid understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and cost control

• Knowledge of local hospitality regulations and compliance standards

• Hands-on, service-oriented, and able to work independently on-site
