What you'll do:

As Head of Operations - Aesthetic Clinic, you will be entrusted with guiding two prominent skin care clinics through their next phase of growth. Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions—whether it’s supporting team leaders in overcoming challenges or collaborating with headquarters in Korea to tailor strategies for the Thai market.   • Coordinate closely with team leaders across both clinics to foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of two skin care clinics in Bangkok, ensuring smooth workflows, efficient resource allocation, and consistent delivery of quality services to clients.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities tailored to the local market, collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand presence and attract new clientele.
  • Align operational strategies with headquarters in Korea by maintaining regular communication, adapting global directives for local implementation, and providing feedback on market trends.
  • Support the professional development of approximately 40 staff members—including doctors, front-line clinic staff, and back-office teams—by nurturing their growth through training opportunities and ongoing mentorship.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as monthly revenue targets (with an aim to return to previous highs), client satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Contribute market insights regarding competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions for current operations as well as future expansion plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between finance, marketing, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure cohesive progress towards shared objectives.
  • Champion a culture of empathy, dependability, and mutual respect within the organisation by modelling considerate leadership behaviours at all times.
