What you'll do:
As General Manager – Visitor Attractions based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of several renowned destinations. Your day-to-day activities will involve guiding your team towards operational excellence while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit. You will have the autonomy to introduce new projects that delight visitors and boost revenue streams. By prioritising health and safety alongside customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS scores, you will create an environment where both guests and colleagues feel valued. Your ability to manage budgets efficiently will underpin sustainable growth across all attractions under your care. - Oversee the daily operations of multiple visitor attractions, ensuring seamless service delivery and consistently high standards across all sites.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimising existing offerings.
- Lead the planning and execution of new projects, including attraction launches and upgrades, while managing budgets and timelines effectively.
- Champion exceptional customer experiences by monitoring Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and implementing initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to health and safety protocols, fostering a safe environment for both guests and staff at all times.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging events, promotions, and educational programmes that attract diverse audiences.
- Monitor financial performance through detailed P&L management, making data-driven decisions to maximise profitability.
- Mentor and inspire a large team by providing clear direction, regular feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and local authorities to support business objectives and community engagement.
What you bring:
To excel as General Manager – Visitor Attractions you will bring extensive operational knowledge gained over at least fifteen years within hospitality or retail settings. Your fluency in Thai and English enables you to connect meaningfully with colleagues from varied backgrounds. You are adept at steering complex businesses towards commercial success through careful financial stewardship. Your background includes hands-on involvement in launching new ventures or revitalising existing ones—always with an eye on enhancing guest experiences.
