What you’ll do

• Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Build and implement operational systems tailored to the property’s needs.

• Manage key stakeholders including owners, partners, suppliers, and community groups.

• Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Drive commercial results through budget management, cost control, and revenue growth.

• Elevate guest satisfaction through proactive service enhancement and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and environmental regulations.

• Partner with marketing to support campaigns and guest engagement initiatives.

• Adapt operational plans to changing market trends using data-driven insights.

What you bring

• Extensive experience managing resorts or leisure destinations at a senior level.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships.

• Proven ability to design and implement systems from scratch.

• Fluent in English; Thai language skills are a plus.
