What you'll do:

As Business Director for an International School, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of the institution. You will be responsible for leading eight key departments, each playing a crucial role in the school's operations. From Admissions to Services, you will ensure that each department is functioning effectively and contributing to the overall success of the school. Your leadership will drive improvements across all areas, enhancing the quality of education provided to students.

• Lead the Admissions department, ensuring a smooth enrolment process for new students
• Head the Development, Alumni and Marketing department, driving engagement with past students and promoting the school's reputation
• Manage the Finance department, overseeing budgeting and financial planning
• Direct the Government Liaison and Health and Safety department, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe environment for students and staff
• Oversee the Human Resources department, managing recruitment, retention and professional development
• Lead the ISIT department, ensuring effective use of technology in teaching and learning
• Manage Services, ensuring efficient operation of school facilities
