Our client is seeking a dedicated Building Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a property in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure a safe and efficient environment for tenants, manage tenant relations, coordinate fit-out and reinstatement processes, handle defect rectification and maintenance, supervise contractors, and much more. With a generous salary range of 60,000-90,000 THB, this position provides the chance to develop and control operational budgets, prepare reports, and provide leadership and training to a team.

What you'll do:

As a Building Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of a bustling property in Bangkok. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring a safe environment for tenants, managing tenant relations, coordinating various processes such as fit-outs and reinstatements, handling defect rectification, supervising contractors, among others. You will also be entrusted with developing and controlling the operational budget for the building. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you guide your team towards enhancing tenant satisfaction and improving building services.
