Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to lead the pre-opening phase of their new hotel in Phuket. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a luxury resort, with the chance to implement your vision from the ground up. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Thai, and have at least three years' experience with an international brand resort. You'll be responsible for developing strategic plans, managing staff across all departments, optimising revenue, overseeing daily operations, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'll do:

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this luxury resort. Your ability to optimize revenue streams while maintaining high-quality standards will be key to the hotel's success. Additionally, your sales strategies will attract new business and build strong relationships with travel agents, clients, and online platforms.
