Salary: 120,000-160,000 THB

Location: Bangkok

Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Service Manager in the insurance sector. This role offers an attractive salary range of 120,000-160,000 THB and is based in the vibrant city of Bangkok. The successful candidate will have overall control of Center performance, including quality case handling, HR management, IT operation support, medical case management and cost control. You'll work closely with HR, QA&Training and Key Account managers to assure implementation of standard operation procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in dealing with complex cases and providing appropriate suggestions to staff.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Customer Service Manager in the insurance sector, your role will be pivotal in managing the overall performance of the Assistance Center. You'll ensure that all cases are handled with utmost quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include managing HR situations, supporting IT operations, handling medical case management and maintaining cost control. Working closely with HR, QA&Training and Key Account managers, you'll assure that standard operation procedures are implemented across the board. Your expertise will be crucial in dealing with complex cases and providing appropriate guidance to staff.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Customer Service Manager role will bring a wealth of experience from the insurance or tourist industry. With at least 4 years in a management role, you're well-versed in overseeing teams and implementing effective strategies. Your ability to handle complex cases and provide appropriate suggestions is key to this role. You're proficient in English at a native or high advanced level.

  • Native or High Advanced English proficiency
  • Solid experience in customer service within the same industry or tourist industry
  • At least 4 years in a management role
  • Ability to handle complex cases and provide appropriate suggestions
