What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will lead and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will also deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs
• Develop a robust pipeline of high-calibre candidates to match with the right roles
• Conduct in-depth interviews and provide insightful feedback to candidates
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices

The professional should have 3-5 years of industry experience, ideally in sales or business development, along with a drive to exceed client expectations and hit targets.
