What you'll do:


As the Deputy General Manager of our E-Learning Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online education. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing various aspects of the platform's operations, including target setting, budgeting, P&L management, manpower organisation, marketing management, sales management, operational excellence, people management, teacher/stakeholder management, and new business development. You will be instrumental in driving growth and profitability by developing strategic plans, conducting financial analysis, leading recruitment efforts, developing marketing strategies, streamlining operational processes, providing leadership to a diverse team, establishing relationships with teachers/content creators, and identifying new business opportunities.


* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to assess the platform's financial performance.
* Lead recruitment efforts and talent acquisition to support platform growth.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new users.
* Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance the user experience.
