Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Pet Business to lead their thriving enterprise.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and grow the business, while also exploring opportunities for representing and importing high-potential products. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of product development, sales and marketing strategy, and business expansion both domestically and internationally. With a competitive salary range of 200,000-250,000 THB and based in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand, this role is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact in the pet industry.

What you'll do:
As the Head of Pet Business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our client's enterprise. You will be entrusted with developing and growing the business while also seeking opportunities for representing/importing products that have high potential. Your role will encompass overseeing all aspects of product development, managing sales and marketing strategies to successfully launch products, creating new markets both domestically and internationally. You will also be responsible for researching competitors as well as market trends to implement new initiatives that drive revenue while maintaining quality products that are competitive.

* Develop and implement clear business strategies to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly goals
* Lead product development ensuring outstanding efficacy and satisfaction
* Research market trends and competitors to drive revenue and lower operating costs
* Maintain quality of products, services, customer support in line with service level agreements
* Establish networks and partnerships that support day-to-day operations and business development
* Represent corporate/product brands and build relationships with stakeholders including key decision-makers
* Motivate and provide leadership to managers and senior executives to achieve business objectives
* Give strategic advice and report results to CEO and Deputy CEO


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Head of Pet Business position brings a wealth of experience in business development along with strong leadership skills. You should have at least 10 years' experience in a similar role with at least five years at a managerial level. Experience in the pet business is a must, as would a track record of developing new overseas markets and building up a brand from scratch. Your strong business acumen, mature and proactive personality, coupled with excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills will set you apart.

* Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Marketing, Business or any related field
* At least 10 years of relevant working experiences in Business Development
* 5 years’ experience at managerial level
* Experience in Pet business is a must
* Track record of developing new overseas markets and building up a brand from scratch
* Strong business acumen with mature, proactive personality
* Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
