What you'll do:
As a Technical Project Specialist, your role will be pivotal in leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch products that support global business units. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you liaise with both internal and external parties on all project-related issues. You will drive the concept of products being part of an integrated design system rather than standalone components.
- Lead a cross-functional project team and suppliers to ensure smooth production start for transfer products and new products.
- Drive the idea of the products being part of an integrated design system.
- Define project planning with the project team, monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Lead engineering build and pilot run.
- Maintain technical documents and verify DQTP results to ensure product meets specification.
- Ensure timely introduction of transfer products and new products.
- Develop and implement current product improvement ideas.
- Identify potential project risks and define possible solutions.
- Assist with the management of cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management
- PMP qualification is preferred
- Experience in consumer electronics/medical industries
- Familiarity with project management in manufacturing industries
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Technically inclined
- Analytical minded
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai, Mandarin is a plus
