Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HSE Manager for their South East Asia operations. Based in the vibrant city of Bangkok, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence safety and environmental practices across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and keeping abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organisation.

What you'll do:
As the HSE Manager for South East Asia, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and enforcing health, safety, and environment policies within the organisation. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised as you evaluate current practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk levels and ensure adherence to all relevant laws. You will also be responsible for conducting regular training sessions on health and safety matters, promoting a culture of awareness within the organisation.
- Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
- Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes
