Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to join their team in Rayong. This role offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a liaison with Thai customers, ensuring the highest quality of products and services. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with internal departments, chair process improvement meetings, manage customer returns and complaints, and prepare detailed inspection summaries and performance reports. This role requires a professional who is fluent in English and Thai, possesses excellent presentation skills, and is willing to travel.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE), your primary role will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service. You will serve as a crucial link between our company and our Thai customers, working diligently to communicate their expectations to our internal teams. Your responsibilities will also include managing customer returns, handling complaints, preparing detailed inspection summaries, and reporting on product/process quality performance. Your ability to handle key customer visits, audits, presentations, and qualifications will be essential in this role.

  • Serve as a liaison with Thai customers
  • Work with CQE/QA staff to monitor and report relevant process performance
  • Liaise with internal departments for communicating and achieving customer quality expectation
  • Chair in-house process improvement meeting on customer complaint
  • Prepare the inspection summary and statistical performance report for reviewing the product / process quality performance
  • Manage customer RMA return boards process and 8D process
  • Handle customer complaint, electronic assembly and system integration quality
  • Responsible for customer visit, audit, presentation and qualification
  • Manage the sorting activities and on time report to the plant’s management

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) position brings a minimum of five years' experience in the PCB field. You are knowledgeable about various quality systems including ISO9000, QS9000, ISO14000 & ISO/TS16949 and SPC. Your experience handling key customer visits, audits, presentations, and qualifications sets you apart. You possess effective communication skills which enable you to liaise efficiently with both internal teams and external customers. Your excellent presentation skills coupled with your fluency in English & Thai make you an ideal fit for this role.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCB field
  • Solid experience in quality systems including ISO9000, QS9000, ISO14000 & ISO/TS16949 and SPC
