What you'll do:
As a Safety Manager in the food industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the safety perspective within our client's company. Your responsibilities will include planning operations to reduce risks, monitoring these operations to ensure continuity, and setting annual safety targets. You will also provide valuable suggestions for preventing danger from accidents and emergencies. A key part of your role will be establishing a manual of safety standards in the workplace and determining suitable personal protective equipment for risks within the company. You will also be responsible for disseminating academic safety information to various departments within the company, coordinating safety operations with internal and external agencies, and inspecting and evaluating the overall performance of the company on safety.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Safety Manager role will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in occupational health and safety. You should hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Science, or a related field. With at least 10 years of experience under your belt, you are well-versed in Thai safety law regulations concerning occupational safety, health, and environmental law. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with management and employees at all levels regarding Company HSE guidelines, rules, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems is essential, as is experience in a food manufacturing environment. Your excellent presentation and communication skills in English will be highly valued, as will your ability to develop safety skills programs and safety behavior. A strong understanding of the root cause analysis method is also required.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in occupational health and safety
- Knowledgeable with Thai safety law regulations concerning occupational safety and health
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems
- Experience in food manufacturer
- Good presentation and communication skills in English
- Developing safety skills programs and safety behavior
