Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality & NPI Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a proactive quality-focused culture within a leading manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality system, coordinating internal audits, responding to customer complaints, and supporting new product and process introductions. This role also involves the management of the Quality Assurance Team and participation in group QA initiatives.

What you'll do:
As a Quality & NPI Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage, maintain, and improve the Quality and New Product Implementation System. You will ensure optimum quality products and services are delivered to customers by adopting a proactive approach and developing a quality-focused culture. Your role will involve leading Process Improvement to achieve company operation performance targets in cost, quality, delivery, safety etc. You will also be responsible for delivering continuous improvement via manufacturing excellence techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma etc.
- Establishing the company’s quality procedures, standards, and specifications to assure products meet customer requirements.
- Handling customer complaints and leading team analysis of root causes.
- Supervising the quality assurance team including preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations.
- Identifying risks affecting products, services, and environmental factors.
- Planning and implementing key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity.
- Coordinating communication activities and marketing the process and results.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Quality & NPI Manager position brings extensive experience in QA Management within a manufacturing environment. You have a proven track record of implementing culture change with tangible results. Your expertise lies in process improvement, leading projects with successful implementation. You possess knowledge of manufacturing processes and are proficient in SPC & QC Tools. A 6 Sigma Black Belt certification would be advantageous. Computer literacy with competence in all Microsoft applications is essential.
- 5+ years QA Management experience in manufacturing
- Proven track record of implementing culture change with demonstrable results
- Experience in process improvement with a record of successful implementation
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in SPC & QC Tools
- 6 Sigma Black Belt certification
- Computer literacy with competence in all Microsoft applications
