Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sustainability Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role is pivotal in implementing effective strategic and development plans for Environment Social Governance (ESG) that align with the business's goals and direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and implementing ESG policies and processes, preparing reports and presentations for various stakeholders, managing annual stakeholder engagement, conducting surveys to ensure compliance with ESG standards, and coordinating diverse sustainability projects.

What you'll do:
As a Sustainability Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's commitment to environmental responsibility. You will set the yearly plan, implement strategic & development plans of ESG that align with our business goals. Your role involves preparing comprehensive reports for various stakeholders, managing annual stakeholder engagement in line with ESG, conducting surveys to ensure compliance with ESG standards, and executing annual sustainability assessments. You will also review, revise, and develop ESG policies that align with global trends. Your ability to manage diverse sustainability projects will be key to your success in this role.
- Set year plan, implement effective strategic & development plan of Environment Social Governance (ESG) to correspond with business goal and direction.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Board of Directors, management teams, and external parties as required.
- Communicate ESG risk management and strategy initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the annual stakeholder engagement to be align with Environment Social Governance (ESG).
- Evaluate and do the surveys to ensure Group of Company are in the Environment Social Governance (ESG) Standards.
- Prepare action plan including setting relevant goals of ESG.
- Review, revise and develop ESG policies and related policies that are applicable to the business operations and align with global trend and standard.
- Execute annual sustainability assessment, sustainability reporting and disclosures aligning with relevant sustainability reporting standards.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Sustainability Manager position brings a wealth of knowledge in sustainability/ESG-related topics. With at least three years' experience in this field, you have a proven background in implementing sustainability projects. Your proficiency in creating sustainability reports and managing carbon footprint programs will be essential in this role. Strong project management skills are a must, as is a good command of English and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years’ experience in sustainability/ ESG-related topics.
- Background in implementing sustainability projects.
- Proficiency in sustainability reports and carbon footprint programs and Green house project.
- Strong project management skills.
- Good command of English and Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel, and PowerPoint.
