Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality & Food Safety Manager to join their team. - Directing and managing Quality Assurance Department
- Implementing highest standards of sanitation and hygiene
- Leading HACCP compliance and managing relevant certifications
What you'll do:
As a Quality & Food Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our client's products. Your primary responsibility will be managing all Quality Assurance activities at the factory, ensuring that food quality aligns with global standards. You will set up systems to monitor deviations in process conditions, product quality, and fortification levels, working closely with the manufacturing team to implement corrective actions. Your expertise will guide the factory team in implementing the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will also lead the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) team, driving compliance for food safety across all aspects of the supply chain.
- Manage all Quality Assurance activities at the factory to ensure consistent food quality.
- Set up systems to analyze and monitor areas of deviation in process conditions, product quality, fortification levels.
- Guide and direct factory team to implement highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.
- Analyze and share data on factory quality performance with corporate Quality.
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements with respect to food safety and packaging.
- Lead the investigation of consumer complaints and develop corrective actions.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Quality & Food Safety Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Supply Chain with exposure to Quality. You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Technology, Science, Food Engineering or a related discipline. Your credentials include being a Lead Auditor in Quality systems. You have intimate knowledge of ISO management systems and have applied them in an FMCG environment. Your expertise extends to business operations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), HACCP, and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP). You possess strong verbal, listening, and written English communication skills, along with well-developed planning and organizing skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree qualifications or higher in Food Technology, Science, Food Engineering or a related discipline.
- Deep knowledge of ISO management systems.
- Expertise of business operations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), HACCP, and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Strong verbal , listening and written English communication skills.
- Hands on yet Strategic with ability to work in Rayong
